Very poor company

Pros

Theoretically, you could say a lot of responsibility is given to employees. However, this stems from Senior Management choosing to refuse to take responsibility themselves and instead, completely inappropriately, assigning tasks to junior members of staff to give themselves a party to blame in the future.

Cons

Many cons and far too high a number to detail in this forum. However, key issues are; Almost zero structure. Members of staff are passed between teams completely on the whim of senior management and with no consideration to the skill set of the member of staff or the position they were hired for. Financially, every effort is made to withhold any form of reasonable compensation from employees. Many unpaid, or minimally paid, interns are used as cannon fodder to keep the company moving. Multiple instances of financial promises being made and then not delivered. Deep rooted blame culture, in regard to senior management’s attitudes to junior staff members/middle management. Regular threats of termination made and staff member's performance regularly deprecated for events outside of their control. Senior management generally not experienced or well versed in property development. Decisions regularly made, at senior management level, that show lack of understanding of quite basic principles of property development.
