I had the pleasure of working closely with the Levee Leadership and Engineering teams recently. I am impressed by the team’s enthusiasm and upbeat morale as they tackle early stage startup challenges. The Leadership team demonstrates high EQ and considers Engineering technical debt in product strategy. The Engineering team passed the majority of Joel’s test (https://www.joelonsoftware.com/2000/08/09/the-joel-test-12-steps-to-better-code/). I would love to work with this agile, geographically and culturally diverse team in the future.

Can get repetitive and boring, and felt unappreciated, can get very busy with extreme pressure.
