      Good Salary and that is it. If you have other options consider them and don't take this position.

      Cons

      You get micro managed and treated like trash. The owner Lou is is very troubled over small things. Trust the Glassdoor reviews and don't join.

      I've never worked with a more abusive management than the one in this company

      I have been thinking hard about the pros, but haven't been able to recall any of those.

      Cons

      As an engineer, I would always ask the CEO for guidance. But it appears that his incompetence trickles down, creating a stressful and unpredictable environment. He asked the supervisor in a completely rude and dismissive manner to reverse a major project decision that my team had been working on for months, effectively rendering all our effort pointless. We also witnessed the CEO making a sexual and inappropriate comment to a young female employee during a company social event. So insane. The CEO expects us to worship him despite his terrible actions. This workplace is unsafe!

      Cons

      The company culture of LG Networks and its work atmosphere are toxic and problematic. Employees are pressure to perform perfectly and reach all the unreasonable targets set by the leadership. Meanwhile, the management only does the bare minimum and sometimes not even enough to support and guide the employees.
