Pros

Multicultural, friendly employees. Company has excellent benefits.

Cons

Salaries are low. Recent layoff of approx 20 employees due to reorganization. Certain employees in the Human Resource Dept are unethical, unprofessional, and do not keep information confidential. Management has been made aware numerous times and they continue to not address the issue.

Pros

Reasonably amicable culture and acceptable work/life balance. If you are fortunate, you may get to work with with some relatively talented staff.

Cons

As others have observed, there is limited upward mobility due to the staff being primarily made up of lifetime employees, many of who defer retirement until into their late 60s/early 70s. Firm also has poor retention of younger employees who leave due to below average compensation and very limited opportunities for advancement.
