      Pros

      Good technology in Moulding section. Friendly people and some managers take the time to help you. The Quality Manger especially makes the effort to try and make things work well and seems to always be there to help people.

      Cons

      Leighton Buzzard traffic is bad

      Pros

      Working at Lindal for the past few weeks has been a great delight for me. The Organisation is well structured and the team I am working with has made my integration into the Company smooth and interesting. I am happy to e here.

      Cons

      So far, my experience has been great starting from onboarding with HR team and integration into the team by my supervisor and warm welcome I got from the entire Engineering and Production teams has been second to none.
