      The actual people doing the jobs in the office.

      Cons

      Management!! People managing teams who have no idea what the team do. Only do things to benefit there goals that relate to them without thinking of the repercussions on the actual team. Management are extremely clicky.

      nothing within the company, only that working with the inmates was the best part of the job

      New principal has made changes for the better and it is a significantly better place to work than it once was.

      Pros

      Principalship team are mostly receptive to feedback and are clearly trying to make changes for the better

      Cons

      A couple of the principalship team seem to be far more negative and are stuck in the ways the college used to be run If you want to progress or get a justifiable increase of pay you have to fight tooth and nail to get it. Once you gain a promotion and see behind the scenes you realise that management can actually make pay changes very easily Staff are discouraged from talking about wages
