      Union Benefits No longer matching the 401K

      Cons

      Great people but nobody is willing to own problems and fix when things go wrong, just fingerpointing. It' s always another department's problem. Managers don't take responsibilty for their deadlines or work together with other departments. They just tell you to ask someone else . Who's in charge around here? Lack of training.

      Pros

      If you enjoy challenges, problem solving, and opportunities to grow and learn, then LVC is a great place to be. As an ESOP, LVC employees share a commitment to the service and success of their clients and to each other. From the leadership team to the front line field employees and everyone in-between, collaboration happens because it is necessary for success. Working at LVC can be a roller coaster ride of ups & downs, quick turns, starts and stops, this type of ride is not thrilling to everyone, but it's rarely if ever boring.

      Cons

      Growth definitely causes growing pains. This is contracting, so if you like a consistent and organized work day, some roles at LVC would not be a fit for you. As a multi-discipline service & installation provider, things are always changing, the pace can sometimes be overwhelming.

      Growing rapidly so new opportunities to grow professionally Open environment, communication is informal and suggestions are welcomed Teams work well together and there is good comradery in the whole company

      Staff shortages in current climate Evolving into a bigger company means some more formal procedures need to be put in place
