Co-worker we're good to work with.
Cons
Shift supervisor & HR. are only there to serve themselves operators very rarely help packers and are there own click & upper management only serve themselves and remain silent as long as they don't have to be involved in day to day operations.

Lacerta offers good benefits, and the lower-level manufacturing management team is very open to working together to resolve manufacturing issues.
Cons
Upper management closely oversees every aspect of quality and manufacturing, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. Additionally, communication with frontline employees could be improved to foster better understanding and teamwork.
