Pros

Base salaries across GTM are way above average mostly due to having to pay to retain average individuals.

Cons

Exec team - arrogant, incompetent, driving the company into the ground and unwilling to take responsibility or feedback. Product team - unwilling to listen to employees, customers or analysts but untouchable due to Exec team protection Sales team - some great individuals but first and second line leaders across the US and EMEA are third rate. Many have inherited roles vs earning them and are living off the success of their predecessors who had the sense to leave. Attrition is off the scale, reps aren’t developed and many focus on managing upwards for self gain Culture - closed to feedback, lack of openness and transparency, fear of layoffs 24/7/365

Pros

If constantly changing processes is a pro, well then that’s one.

Cons

2 rounds of layoffs in the last 12 months. The company does not learn from their mistakes. Sales management changing processes to suit themselves, not the whole organization.

Pros

Competitive Compensation: Lacework offers competitive compensation, particularly benefiting former Meta employees.

Cons

Limited Career Growth Opportunities: Career advancement appears skewed towards Meta employees and those skilled in flattery, hindering the growth of other talented individuals. Poor Work-Life Balance: Employees face a challenging work-life balance, often expected to put in long hours and work on weekends. Declining Benefits: The cessation of 402 contributions has led to a decline in benefits, impacting the overall employee experience. Questionable Company Culture: The company culture suffers as individuals lacking cybersecurity or product expertise hold key positions, potentially affecting decision-making and organizational direction. Ineffective Management: Management seems disconnected, displaying a lack of awareness regarding diminishing sales and high customer churn. The CEO appears clueless about addressing these crucial issues.
