      Some good opportunities if it suits the company

      Cons

      Training and development is hard to come buy and felt like I had to fight for anything. Managers don’t know how to deal with female staff because all of senior management are old men. Asking about salary is a dirty word, under pay you and scheme you to make sure your stay low paid. Old boys club in upper management. Repeated instances of senior managers under performaning and jobs being made redundant while they get slid into a new high paid role with no interview.
