Pros

Get to know good and decent people.

Cons

CIO. CIO. CIO. narcissist that treats no one with respect. I get along with everyone including at my past jobs. This was the first time I truly disdained working for someone. He is incompetent, ego driven, and genuenly bad overall human being. If you are in IT and want to grow, go somewhere else. You will have better opportunities, pay, and respect elsewhere. It is not a true IT department.
