This company has very poor management and human resource department. I was blown away by the remarks and comments that was openly made by mangement. I had never worked for a company with this amount of lack of respect by management and little action taken by the human resource department. Please know it’s completely inappropriate to make racist comments, to talk openely about other employee’s personal financial issues, and to make comments about others performance. When I expressed my concerns to HR about what has happened, the response was “I have seen many things in my career and this isn’t as bad as it could be. I don’t think she meant it. It’s probably a good thing you are leaving the company.” This clearly shows personal relationships are controlling this company. I wish I would have done my research before taking the position.
