      Decent technology, growing market, so-so competition.

      Cons

      Wishy-washy, fickle management decisions, seems like you're just their to suit the VC exit strategy, poor culture though I did get a nice t-shirt.

      Pros

      The market is growing very rapidly and it's in a cool space.

      Cons

      - Terrible leadership. Stripping the business for the benefit of the investment firm. Lack of understanding on how to take advantage of the market opportunity. - No career growth - If you google the Chairman's name it says all you need to know about the culture that's in the company - High pressure, little reward - Cannot retain good talent
