Pay is always released on time Hours are 7am to 4pm (great potential for work life balance)
Cons
- No flexibility - "its the Indian way" -"he said, she said, he is doing, she is doing" - "welcome to Lamprell" - "its always been this way in Lamprell" Little to no communication No management interaction Disorganised beyond belief No real strategy, direction or vision - at least if there is, it is not being steered correctly - Talent developments lacks - HR run by inexperience / unqualified middle age women with no experience outside of Lamprell. - No L&D in place - Canteen...... worse than ... The majority of the management/senior management are institu due to time served. Change is rejected. Redundancies all year round due to lack of planning (lack of experience) Overall Toxic/Political working environment
