      Not the best, not the worst

      Pros

      Consistent schedule with very few instances of staying late.

      Cons

      Inflexible scheduling around holidays. Management was disorganized and did not communicate expectations to workers well. There are no opportunities for a field worker to advance to an office or management role.

      Decent starting pay, not many positives after that.

      Cons

      Workload only gets worse and worse, their is never light at the end of the tunnel. Company owners DO NOT know how to say no to potential new clients.
