Pros

I cannot think of any, I want to laugh about the good review as it is obvious not real.

Cons

Boss are stupid and no brain at all, do not trust employee, always shouting in the office. I feel like the management have mental problems. I do not see this in other company. It is extremely stupid to have a executive toilet in the office! I worked in Hong Kong office and it is located in an industrial building. The employee outside the office has no toilet paper!! Staffs needs to bring the toilet paper walking along the corridor and everyone know you are going to do. Management doesn't want to put the curtain on the window. Staffs need to work under the sunlight if they are sitting next to the window. It is definitely hurting staff's eyes. Management still refuse to put the curtain on even the employee complain about it. This is definitely not a good company and business is going down for sure. Keep looking for another job if you got an offer from Laserfiche. Believe me, you will get a better offer from other company.

A stepping stone in your career in very shallow water

Pros

You work with a great group of individuals and you become good friends with them through misery as pointed out by the other review. You could be wearing many hats in your role which is extremely beneficial as you try to grow professionally on your own. Keywords here are "on your own". Free lunches are convenient, but it's become the norm at any tech company. Unlike any tech companies, the snacks are abysmal at best. As you can see, each pro has a downside to it.

Cons

- Nepotism: It’s a family-operated company so don’t expect to climb the ranks unless you’ve been there for 10+ year or shown that you’re willing to stoop as low as management or if you’re somehow connected to the family. - Zero cultural diversity: Candidates are screened based on their names, accents, backgrounds, and appearances despite being highly qualified. Intelligence is also prioritized over cultural fit. - Lack of innovation: Product development has been stagnant while competitors’ products have grown exponentially. - No company vision: Management does not have a vision, makes contradicting statements, and is a quick to point fingers when things fail or don’t go as planned. - Not trustworthy: Management talks down on employees (sometimes to other employees too). - Industry: It’s content management and not enterprise content management. Although it's marketed as enterprise, it's sweet spots are SMBs. You’ll be living and breathing documents and records so it's not that fascinating especially when all of your customers are either twice your age or near retirement. I can go on, but I hope you get the point...
