      -My team is probably the best group of people I've ever worked with -The wider team company is welcoming, inclusive and fun -The product has its limitations but is generally enjoyable to work on and solves a genuine problem for small business owners

      Remote working and big timezone spread inevitably presents some challenges, but the company is mostly

      Pros

      Lots of exciting work on the horizon and with continued investment and strong leadership I expect to see a massive industry splash. Exciting to be a part of such a talented team.

      Cons

      Like many companies, it's hard to make big bets, however this seems to be turning around. The comfort level with unpredictability is increasing which allows for room for innovation.
