      Product, market, timing is unreal

      Cons

      Not a great deal here, but the normal early stage stuff: lack of a plan, lack of structure, lack of guidance and comms at times. All to be expected in a way.

      Some good people but brainwashed.

      Cons

      Most employees are brainwashed around the CEO’s narrative. Little to no equity. Run like a frat. Only founders (4 left, who’s next) have meaningful equity. Everyone else is brainwashed that this will be good for your career. And someday you can start a company too. Til then work incredible hard and make us rich.
