Pros

Some great people (who will probably leave before you).

Cons

Toxic culture from the very top. Teams and colleagues are pitted against each other, if you don't look like senior leadership your chances of progression are low. Management are encouraged to put down and stifle high performers in order to limit pay rises. Shady business practices, corrupt. Will do anything to not pay what you're owed. For the hours you work and the effort you put in, you are grossly underpaid. They'll easily screw over the most loyal employees in a heartbeat. Just don't do it. The turnover of staff speaks volumes

Don’t do it

Pros

The other team members

Cons

Management are all out to better themselves and will sell their grandmothers organs to get ahead. Also appalling treatment of 2 staff members who were very ill and in hospital for months (2 seperate occasions). Bonus scheme looks good on paper but they make them almost impossible to achieve and constantly move the goalpost to suit themselves.

Pros

The only one pro is, You can have good colleagues and friends.

Cons

HR promises on salary hike at the time of joining were 100% fake. You never know when you will be fired, Job security - 0% No cab facility. No food allowance even for night shift. No fixed shift timings (12 AM Logout and login without cab facility) You will be always watched under CCTV cameras(Micromanagement). Policies are not fixed, Management will always change policies on their convince. No age limit for new employees, the only limitation is salary. The worst salary package offering for fresher graduate.
