      Supportive management but inconsistent hours and disengaged staff

      Pros

      Very understanding and kind management Was allowed to manage the store independently Trained me on how to do lots of helpful things (register, customer service help, etc.)

      Cons

      Getting the hours you want is a very finicky process Other staff (at this store specifically) didn't really care about the job
