      Pros

      I love that I have flexibility within my job and am able to work and be active in my kids lives as well. I have worked for LeadJen for the last 2 years and have greatly enjoyed the work environment. I also love that my ideas are heard and my skills are put to the test. This is a great place to work!

      I honestly cannot think of a con...I have not had any issues!
