Pros

If you do what they teach you and you are a good sales person you will make great money. I did for 5 years before retiring. I always did 6 figure money. I see in the reviews how you had to drive for hours with no compensation? I guess he didn't sell? would you drive 2 hours for the opportunity to make $510.00? that is on a medium middle of the road pricing. And the guy was worried about being reimbursed tolls? my closing ratio was 6 out of 10 presentations. There were no bad weeks even at only three sales a week I was doing $1500. thats working 12 hours a week. If your going to apply follow the system, have a personality, and show u p and stop your complaining about commission. Mcdonalds is looking for steady workers wanting a W2 paystub

Cons

have to work with complainers who didn't make big money like some of us or complain about the leads not being good, or complain they spent gas money. Come to work, get the system down and give the customer a product that is back up by guarantee that simple

Firm But Fair

Pros

Pay is excellent. Most people at LeafGuard make six figures unless they’re part-time. Plenty of potential to grow and move up in the company, as it is fast-growing. A lot of companies talk the talk about rewarding high performers, LeafGuard is the only company I’ve ever worked for that actually does it.

Cons

Very firm on a lot of things. You have a program that you must follow to a T. You stop selling, you stop getting leads. There is certainly pressure to perform. You’re very well paid, so they expect a very high quality of work in return and accept nothing less. If that’s not for you, turn back now. There’s also very much a baptism by fire approach to training. You get very minimal training and then you’re asked to go out and perform and perform at a high level. But if you can handle that, you’ve got yourself a six-figure income

Pros

If you like spending your life in the car, to not get paid, or reimbursed for travel expenses, this is the job for you!

Cons

100% commission No hourly wage No travel expense reimbursement unless you sell the job Leads are NOT qualified Managers give good leads to people that have been there for years, and give newer employees impossible sales Have gone to multiple homes where the homeowner isn’t there, even though the managers supposedly confirmed the appointment No show leads count against your sales percentage Have gone on leads where you cannot physically even install the product, and it counted against my sales record 90% of leads are 2+ hours away Managers make you go to UNPAID meetings 3x a week You have to go on additional UNPAID meetings if your sales percentage falls below a certain percentage The cons highly outweigh the pros. I am convinced that this company hires new sales reps to take over the non sellable leads so the seasoned people don’t have to deal with it.
