Pros

1:Fast-paced learning curve: In the early days, the startup energy allowed for quick exposure to various aspects of product development, which helped sharpen skills in a dynamic environment. 2:Good for who don't want to work remotely. 3: Good For people who know how to treat your manager. 4: Good for manager level position not for developer. 5: Good for who don't want to write the code quality code.

Cons

“Out-of-the-box” = code for “we have zero vision”. They scream for innovation, then shoot down every idea that doesn’t stroke the ego of the founders. QA is a kangaroo court. Bugs that existed before you touched the repo suddenly become YOUR fault. Public shaming in stand-ups is their love language. No structured tech practices: There's little emphasis on a solid tech stack or best practices Sudden instability: After two years of commitment, being let go without warning or meaningful transition highlights a lack of empathy for employee contributions. No Remote policy. You must come 5 days in office. Provide good salary .
