I have left the company even with no job prospect, I stopped learning and hope management discouraged learning new things 10. Company does not have an hr team 11. Fake promises

Pros

Fast growing company that might become great in the future if they hire a new CEO.

Cons

I was hired on the business side with certain promises (e.g. "future C _ _ ") but ended up being pushed to do Sales calls. Upper management (C-Level) micromanages everything and nitpicks way too many decisions. Definitely an inner circle vs. outer circle feel.

Pros

Interesting product and friendly co-workers.

Cons

- Supplied notebooks are Chromebooks, which is pretty awful - Development environment is VSCode running on a remote server (not on your local), which requires a learning curve to perform remote operations with, if you're not accustomed to it I was hired as a full-stack developer, despite clearly stating my experience was purely in backend. Then, within 2 months, after failing to learn JavaScript, React, TypeScript, JSX, JEST, and essentially the entire frontend codebase, I was canned. 2 months!
