      Don't fall for the "tough" boss question.....more like hostile

      Pros

      Great location Free Snacks Educated Folks Office decor (modern with your typical games like ping pong table etc) Weekly lunch and learns

      Cons

      Hostile workplace: Owner is incredibly hostile to employees. Not your typical "tough" boss. Very disrespectful and insulting (likes to berate employees in front of everyone whether it's in person, text message in group chat, microsoft teams and email.) The work/home life balance is atrocious. Folks were getting there by 7:45 AM leaving way past 8. Basically the place becomes your life. Constant threats of termination of employment for the entire staff.

      Pros

      Learning Environment, Hands On Training, Benefits, Open Door, Focused Environment. Everything is fast paced and the expectation is that you are able to hit the ground running. You will be introduced to various types of technology and the possibilities are endless. Everyone is friendly and goal oriented and if you can't handle constructive criticism, then this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      * Engineers are some of the best and most knowledgeable you'll find in the industry. * Flexibility to work from home if you can handle your work. * Free lunches on Mondays. * Great clients. * Pay is good.

      Cons

      *No leaders here just bosses. * Be prepared to have thick skin as leadership will not provide constructive criticism. If you make a mistake they will make it know publicly to the team and it will be aggressive and negative. * Lack of accountability of ownership for mistakes as they will tell you they don't make mistakes. * Ownership remote and not on site. * You'll be micromanaged. * turnover is high as it's very hard to find engineers that can take constant criticism from ownership.
