Benefits are high cost to employees. Every year they make changes during open enrollment and it seems like we receive less and less benefits. If you are not an individual who sucks up to management then you can forget about getting any positive acknowledgement. Double standards are constantly seen! The good employees are all leaving because they are tired of doing someone else's work while that individual gets credit. You can forget about going to HR for anything, they are completely on corporate side, not the employees. Any other company I have worked for you could go to HR with concerns and they genuinely seemed to care and wanted to help you work through the issues. They looked out for the employee first, LISI's HR department looks out for corporate first even though they are the ones causing the issue for someone to want to go to HR.
