Pros

the work is challenging but you work with amazing people who support each other to solve problems and complete projects. Fully recommend

Cons

Anyone who works in e-commerce will tell you it comes with its challenges. But personally that’s not a con for me.

Pros

The CEO seems to care about the company. New employees are trying their best.

Cons

Salary and benefits are pretty bad. The turnover rate and lack of communication between departments is not great. Newly hired managers in the Marketing/Creative departments seem to be in a constant state of stress and confusion about what their workload will be.

Pros

Being part of the Leesa team is being part of something bigger than yourself. There are two main focuses: producing high quality products for improving sleep, health and overall wellness and also building community around the world where we live, where we manufacture, where our customers live and wherever the need is greatest. Every role in the company contributes to our company mission and has the opportunity to participate in community events including local charity programs and our larger donation events. Employees also get to suggest/co-coordinate local charity programs that support organizations that are important to them. We are all part of the larger story. It's awesome. Did I mention the rad offices at headquarters? I'm talking full service gym, personal trainers, ping pong, foosball, x-box, playstation, bikes, snacks on snacks on snacks, and catered lunches. Back to the intrinsic value of joining the Leesa team - you can be proud knowing you are contributing to efforts that improve the lives of people all over the world on a daily basis. Honestly, it doesn't get better than that.

Cons

Not really a con but...this is a start-up e-commerce company. You are going to work hard and sometimes long hours. The start-up/e-commerce life can be very demanding as the path to excellence is blazed by dedicated teams who believe strongly in the company mission, values, and culture. Joining Leesa is joining a revolution in customer experience, product quality and social impact that is changing the e-commerce world faster than you can tweet, share, or post. While this is not a con, it should be considered by potential employees. You must love producing the best, being the best, and striving for the best. You must despise social injustice and you must - YOU MUST - take action upon witnessing events contrary to your personal values. Be ready to roll up your sleeves and hit the ground running. Creating change and building community isn't for the faint of heart.
