      Pros

      None, there is nothing positive to say about this company. Except the hope that Bruce retires and it sells to a company of better values.

      Cons

      Bruce is a pervert. He is also incredibly error and and thinks exceptionally of his strategy. He had to pull his books and radio show for violating FINRA regulations and has client complaints on his record. If you want to work for scum it's your place!

      I wanted to be a part of a firm that was as concerned for the client as I was, was independent and provided the opportunity to evolve with the industry. Lefavi Wealth Management is giving me and its clients that opportunity! Having read the previous reviews I feel that the management and individuals that were lazy, demeaning, contentious, and toxic are no longer here. I enjoy and like the people I work with! I feel that the new Management, Advisors and entire organization are committed to the clients and creating an exceptional experience for them!

      Because it is a growing company that has over 40 years of traditions, changing and evolving can be frustrating, roles or responsibilities change, forcing some employees to experience discomfort and wear multiple hats at times. The mostly retired CEO can be eccentric at moments...
