Pros

The people are great. Friendly, smart and hardworking. The service they provide to customers is top notch, and they will continue to grow in the UK. Plenty of opportunity to earn commission.

Cons

Absolutely ruthless when it comes to sales performance. Will terminate you at the end of probation with little warning. Very little job security for new starters.

Pros

I’ve worked at several companies, and LegalVision has the best culture by far. Our department heads are approachable and easy to talk to, and the lawyers here are friendly and happy to explain things in simple terms. One aspect of LegalVision that I deeply admire is their commitment to maintaining a positive culture. They take issues seriously—if someone disrupts the team or creates a negative atmosphere, swift action is taken. I’ve seen many people get promoted, especially in the legal department. Promotions aren’t just based on how long you’ve been here—if you prove you can do the job, there are plenty of opportunities. The work/life balance here is excellent. You’re treated like an adult and trusted to do your job well. If you need time for an appointment, it’s usually no problem as long as you manage your meetings or make up the time elsewhere. We’re allowed to work from home two days a week, and if you’re a little under the weather or need extra flexibility, management is always supportive and accommodating. Base salaries are fair, and the commission structure is good and achievable. The team dynamics are great—everyone gets along well, and there are plenty of social events, usually covered by LegalVision. There are also fun competitions within the growth department, with generous prizes. It’s refreshing to see how genuinely happy everyone is when others succeed. Overall: No company is perfect, but LegalVision is a great place to work. I’m very happy here and see myself staying for many years, as long as I have opportunities to grow my career.

Cons

I’d like to see more career growth opportunities in the growth department, but I think this will improve as we grow, especially since we’ve only been in the UK for two years. We don’t have yearly salary reviews to keep up with inflation. The starting salaries are fair, but regular reviews would be nice for loyal staff, this is one thing that I would improve. If you refer someone who passes probation, you get a paid day out together. However, I think a simple cash reward option would be just as effective, especially if you’re not necessarily close enough to spend the day out with them.

Pros

Great people and great product Lots of customer demand Good socials

Cons

High turnover for a small company - during the four months I was there four of us were dismissed (three before the end of our probation period) Commission isn't as good as elsewhere The work can be quite stale - spend most of your time waiting for the phone to ring Manager is unapproachable, always with their headphones on
