Currently I'm working in HCL technologies here I got big project and so working some what extra. Project wise I'm good.
Cons
Basically in offer letter, some lacs amount was mentioned in variable pay (monthly and annually will be there) & (mentioned 100% achievement). If you are working good also they don't give full amount(sometimes nothing). If you are extremely working only you will get some amount. By default they have variable pay option in all offer letters. Mostly you wont get this variable pay.
