      Pros

      Lemon.io handles all the behind-the-scenes work like sourcing clients and managing negotiations, which makes it easy to focus on the actual design work. The projects are interesting and varied, so you’re not stuck doing repetitive tasks. The support from the team is genuinely strong. They’re responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Nothing major comes to mind. The only downside is sometimes thing can be slow.

      Great company to find cool projects, fast

      Pros

      - great team, always there to help. - great projects and finding one is very fast and smooth. - payments are always on time and reliable. - opportunity for growth through project diversity and level. - recently, I saw that Lemon introduced a formal intro meeting where clients and devs set expectations, work hours, requirements etc. - this is a must in my opinion, and it actually helps a lot to have it documented.

      Cons

      - no swag - t-shirts, hoodies, stickers, why?! :( - it would be awesome to have available training sessions for various topics for the team - maybe ask members if they want to provide training in their area of expertise? sharing is caring.

      Great process and pay

      Pros

      Atmosphere: Honestly one of the most chill places I’ve worked. There is zero micromanagement, and leadership treats you like an adult. Compensation: The pay is significantly above market rate for the area. They value talent and show it in the paycheck. Flexibility: "Easy to work". The workflow is streamlined, bureaucracy is low, and getting access to what you need is instant.

      Cons

      Stability: The biggest downside is the project pipeline. Work tends to be sporadic, long-term projects are hard to find.
