I worked at Lendlease full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very relaxed. No pressure. Management never bother you if you keep hidden.

    Cons

Management are never seen and only look after themselves. Hard to get promoted as management are too busy dealing with gaining new contracts and not dealing with the ones they currently have. Training is only for management. No technical training currently offered.

    Advice to Management

Look after your good staff and reward them. All your good staff have nearly gone as you too bothered about your own jobs.

I have been working at Lendlease full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible working from home or office, reasonable pay, London office has good quality employees, MHFA training, good quality grads, nice London location and amenities, lots of training and CPD opportunities, really good support staff for health and wellbeing.

    Cons

Line managers should be trained efficiently and appropriately and only matched with their team members based on complimentary personalities. Not enough monitoring of Line management quality, some line managers are very poor communicators. Constant senior management changes. Business not transparent enough, not enough projects.

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to restructure, stop changing senior management, start listening to employees, take mental health more seriously rather than going down the traditional HR route which is NOT appropriate. Ensure staff who transition to new roles are looked after and trained appropriately rather than assume we can just get on with it by mindreading.
