Pros

So many employees have sporty backgrounds and truly put health at the forefront of their lives

Cons

Point blank favouritism amongst more experienced staff Extremely hard to come in fresh and get into the clique Not valued as a person, only ever a number People are in positions of leadership who aren't fit to manage themselves

Thank you for your comment. You are right: At Lenus, we do put health at the forefront of our lives. This doesn’t mean that we can’t improve on other fronts, and we highly value your input. We are sorry that you have this experience of us, and we strongly encourage you to reach out to your manager or to our People Business Partners, so we can investigate and react accordingly. We do take pride in having a workplace where our employees are able to grow and develop, as leadership and employee development is at the top of our agenda. All of our KAM´s are participating in numerous of our professional KAM Academies, where they are given the tools and expertise to empower a global community of coaches. We are proud of our KAMs worldwide for how they support and guide coaches in their everyday work impacting more people to live happier and healthier lives. Our employees are seen as the heart in Lenus, which is also why we measure employee feedback monthly and define organizational development accordingly. We do take pride in having an excellent engagement score among our employees scoring 8,4 out of 10 on how satisfied our employees are with Lenus. At Lenus we are eager to get going, growing fast and hitting the ground running. We are depending on onboarding new people on our teams in a good and orderly manner. Pros

1. Good for entry level experience into leadership if you like to follow very specific Lenus rules 2. Good team members (just terrible leadership)

Cons

1. No benefits at all (unless you pay for them) 2. They fire people every day without reason so everyone fears their jobs 3. Very difficult and strict leadership model. Has to be the Lenus way only 4. In the UK office we all get paid wrong and we have had to take Lenus to court

Thank you for your feedback. We are quite troubled to read this, and we would like to make some comments regarding some of the points made. At Lenus we offer our employees several benefits as dictated by law such as pension, parental leave, health insurance, while we furthermore add five additional days of vacation over the statutory minimum for our employees in the UK. Apart from the hard benefits, the majority of our employees enjoy the development journey and the genuine, caring connections in our offices the most. We do want to emphasize that we take pride in having a high engagement score among our employees. This is also why we measure employee feedback monthly and define organizational development accordingly. We follow the feedback and engagement score closely, and we take action when it’s needed. There have been some issues with payment due to complexities that our admin system could not handle previously. Part of these issues are solved since, the rest are on the roadmap to getting solved, completely without the need to take Lenus to court. We can assure you of this. When growing at such fast speed, becoming one of the world’s largest online coaching platforms, changes are constant. Areas of responsibilities and scopes change, which is also reflected in our employee count. However, this is nothing beyond regular business practice. With that being said, we are sorry to hear about your impression of us. We encourage every employee to contact our people team at people@lenus.io or reach out directly to one of our People Business Partners if they see something unjust. In that way we can learn and develop our growing organization in the best possible way.
