Pros

If you tell them to buy something, they will, regardless if it makes good business sense

Cons

- Poor management, no long term goals, spends money like a 8 year old child at toys r us - No long term growth or development, no training nor goal setting or development for employees - Poor name in the market - Management is mostly made up of washed up managers from larger competitors, Lenze basically gets all the left overs - No US market share, no one knows what a Lenze is??? - Many issues with quality and on time product deliveries

Pros

Competitive benefits, the offices and facilities used to be nice (but have declined drastically in the past year)

Cons

Inept Executive Management team that spends little time engaging with employees. Limited communication of company performance, no clear direction for company goals or vision other than "let's stay open," and low employee morale. Company seems to repeat the same mistakes over and over, and accepts a level of mediocrity from employees and managers that contributes to those repeated mistakes. Poor financial situation for more than 2 years.

Pros

The benefits package was very nice. Health insurance and other coverage was good. Plenty of overtime for certain departments, some occasionally but it's there when they have it.

Cons

I left a very reputable company for Lenze when they promised advancement and different forms of cross training. I thought it was going to be a great opportunity. I even took a slight paycut for it. A couple months to a little almost a year I have found that there is in fact no advancement. There is a lot of favoritism on the floor. If they didn't like you or if you weren't part of their group, you will be made to feel like you are incapable of learning anything new. The amount of gossip and backstabbing behind other's backs on the night shift was astounding. Problematic employees, despite having many issues with other colleagues were kept. Not fired or disciplined so they often got away with bullying and making the workday quite a miserable experience. It was a very toxic environment overall.
