      Excellent job, colleagues all great, pay and balance brilliant.

      Cons

      Don't have time off whilst on probationary period, even for an operation, you will be let go, with other false issues added.

      Started from good base, seem to favour what people say rather than reputation and output

      too many non-production roles, habit of changing things that don't need changing and not addressing difficult issues that don't affect tonnage

      Cons

      HQ staff don't know or care about the other sites. Benefits package is old-fashioned compared to other international businesses in Austria
