Cons
Marketing team is not treated well and doesn't get any breathing room to fix the system that was literal garbage and a nightmare to deal with. Anything you want to fix you can't because it might break something else big in the network system. Full of a lot of rich old white men who think they are big wigs in the company when they aren't as important as they think they are.
