Laid back environment (maybe seems like it is going back to its old self when I talk to people still working there) Hybrid work after 1year
Cons
Pretty much anything you could think of. Lack luster management False promises on cross training No development to help you grow Low pay raises/bonuses(if given) Work is boring and repetitive everyday

they are growing, thus their hiring rate is high at the moment.
Cons
they are growing, they are not aware of the mistakes they make. no accountability. no sense of employee's care or attention. no room for growth. Are stuck in old ways, but want to push forward with new ideas. no such thing as work balance no attention is given to internal problems
