Good training but start looking after a year.

Cons

I had three managers in a year. They are number two in the industry because the competition is stable. My territory had 3 reps in 3 years. Work performance not based on numbers more on business Acumen?

Good communication from management, experienced and professional Regional management, good support and resources. Company vehicle, good company benefits, quarterly commission structure. Management does not micromanage.

Cons

Too many accounts, large geographical territories, impossible to properly manage accounts. Commissions are meager and difficult to meet. Contests skewed to smaller territories.

Good benefits, fair compensation, company vehicle.

Cons

Poor company communications and upfront description of job and expectioantion. The NAS position is presented as a sales position. The reality is, 90% of your time is merchandising your accounts. If you like resetting stores, working with tools and a drill, you might enjoy this job. If you like professional sales, being able to track and get compensated for your personal success, you'll want to steer clear!
