Pros

If you are working there right now and reading this, go to any other recruitment company . Its not too late!

Cons

They leverage the success they had 15 years ago to draw in young staff and new business and that is how far as it goes in terms on recruitment and business strategy. No support, and no real training. Aside from preferential treatment, discrimination and unprofessional attitude that takes place @ Levy Associates, the management simply have no idea about training and treating their staff with respect and dignity and most of all empower them to be professionals. The pay and commission structure is NOT reflective of the industry but they will always tell you to give it a few months. You will be promised the world but that day will never come. Instead its empty promises after promises. They are happy to promote a negative atmosphere through gossip and drama which creates massive fiction in an already stressful environment. The directors are narcissists who not only gossip about each other, let alone the staff, but they also pretend that they are industry leaders in recruitment. Fake News! Levy Associates exploit young professionals by not paying them a fair salary whilst giving them very little training in business development in one of the most expensive city to live outside of London. By the time they get to business development, the majority of them have absolutely no idea where to start because the training was simply not good enough. They are in it for the short wins and could not care about your professional growth! Last but not least, if you are a woman, you will be objectified and will be told to "take one for the team". All the senior managers have daughters and openly promote that the women need to do what they need to to get the business! I just cannot get my head around that kind of thinking but again maybe they still think the work environment is still the same as 15 years ago. Disgraceful! Go to another company, there are plenty in St Albans who will value your blood , sweat and tears! Train you properly and pay you a fair wage!

Pros

I left and now have far more success that I could of ever imagined

Cons

I worked at levy and throughout that time I watched impressional young people being highly manipulated and lied to. I also saw how none of the leadership team had maintained their success and there was no progression. If you were given accounts these where only given to you as experienced people left so therefor potentially you would be given someone else's hard work.
