      Mediocre health insurance at a low price. 401k

      Cons

      They don't care about you. They want to cover their *** enough they can't be sued. "Sign this JSA real quick don't worry about what it says." Safety is a joke, they preach safety but they demand production. Demands are more influential than preachings. It's a cold cut throat business, not a family.

      Present themselves to be employee based and caring. Don’t pay a good rate and treat their employees as expendable trash.

      If you like tacos instead of bonuses..... you’re in luck.

      Cons

      Bottom line, unless you’re a relative or work in the office, you’re just cheap labor and expendable. I haven’t been able to buy groceries yet they are racking in cash. Asked for a raise and instead of a raise I get triple the workload. Somewhat conceited supervisor and especially owners.
