They have big areas to cover on feet, no food bills paid, . They don't get paid if they don't meet the ever changing ridiculous target set by the Boss. Most of them are poor boys who do not have any alternative other than begging probably. This boss lives on their "blood". >Few sycophant employees encouraged by the boss to gain brownie points and keep their jobs secure.

they actually believe to come with an IPO but they fail to take care of your employees, oops you can never talk about their weaknesses as well and their policy is gets changed every month they promise a CTC, change the ctc during joining.
