Pros
I have had over 3 years of great experience at Lextegrity, and am so appreciative of my many learnings. From start up through to a much more mature business, it has been a ripe learning opportunity for me and a close knit team who feel passionately about the mission and the opportunity. I have always had a lot of respect for our Founders, they are smart and hard working but also very easy to talk to and open to ideas about how to get to a win-win. Lextegrity's products truly are breaking the mould for how compliance leaders will use technology to more confidently validate the effectiveness of their programs.
Cons
The company is fully remote, and that hasn't been for everyone. For me personally I have been very grateful for the opportunity to progress my career, while having a young family and staying at home.
