Dynamic, entrepreneurial culture, global approach, visionary leadership. All employees regardless of level are heard and expected to contribute with good ideas. A lot of personal development opportunities for those who want to grow their skills, embrace of technology like AI etc. Work here is not for someone that wants to coast - it is demanding and pushes you to be your best.

Cons

Old school approach at times limits access to the newest tech tools to be competitive.

I worked with libra group with the non profit area, it was an amazing experience.

Cons

The job was remote because of covid but would love to work there going to the office (NYC).
