Career suicide

Pros

Abusive Inhumane Illegal Barbaric Unsafe

Cons

I had good hopes of career progess, but after joining this organisation I realised it was a career suicide. Work culture here is of extremely toxic. I would suggest any new joiners please avoid this company and save your lives. The NPD team is run by a chef who lacks basic knowledge of food technology or bioscience. He harasses the employees and abuse their mental health and kill their confidence with personal attacks. Since he happens to be a co-founder as well any complaints against him to the management will go under the rugs. The organisation has dark history of employer's resigning because of co-founder abusive behaviour. I don't know what investors are doing? or promoting inhumane work culture. Chefs here are dominant and derogatory treat the food technologist in brutal way and encouraged by the NPD head chef as well. In summary it's not a company which slaughters and sells meat...it slaughters your career and sells the dignity of it's employees. If any consumer is reading this comment kindly avoid buying any products or services of this company if you don't then you are promoting career suicide and abusive work culture.

Pros

Salary on time. Good day biscuits and chips.

Cons

This company runs on 7 people, 2 friends and 5 pets. All their pets are from their leadership teams. All the pets will agree to the 2 friends and employees should agree to the pets. There's is no culture, its a joke and everyone in the company knows it. This is an company with no values, vision and integrity. HR team does crazy thins to build the brand while they know its impossible. Founders think replacing a person will solve their problems. Its just hire and fire. You will be the most loved one in the first six months and then you are out of the list as they will get a new one in the list to pamper. If you like to be treated bad, this company is good for you.
