      Flexible hours, free food sometimes, mostly relaxed environment

      Cons

      Inefficient in many things, lack of proper oversight from upper management while being overly picky about little things, lack of consistency, lack of transparency in communication, poor training, low wages, greenwashed, low diversity

      Pros

      So many amazing coworkers who try their best to make this place great.

      Cons

      Very low compensation, seemingly no-cause terminations of beloved coworkers, no transparency, and shady management practices all over. This was by far the most stressful and emotionally draining job I have ever had.

      There was once a purpose and values this store held high now it is all about greed.

      Cons

      The lack of transparency when it comes to policies and wages has lead to a lot of mistrust and speculation. There have been many recent choices by management that have created a very unhappy staff, a staff that are afraid to speak up due to retaliatory practices by management.
