Pros

Paid for online training. Free unlimited access membership to any facility.

Cons

People in the aquatics department are very hands on. Obsessed with doing things the "lifetime way." Overstaff in the pool department and kids swim lessons are taught in a very over the top exaggerated way. If you don't want to take strict orders and relearn to lifeguard, supervise, or teach swim lessons stay away. Employees instructing me rubbed me the wrong way.

Pros

Competitive pay and fast pace working environment, room to grow and move up.

Cons

Too corporate driven, they don’t take into consideration employees on a club to club basis but rather as a whole.

Pros

Great Company to work for. Great fun learning environment with great pay and benefits.

Cons

Houston GMs and DMs not on same page and create too much tension and lower team morale. Personal Training Leadership were wonderful and why I stayed with company for as long as I did.
