Pros

work from home, when available projects were exciting and there was opportunities to learn new skills or technologies on the job.

Cons

disorganized management. I was promised a bonus if the company did well, the company did well but I never got a bonus. 1% yearly salary increase.

Good teammates and the clients are great to work with

The raises have been minuscule and there is no career path or room for professional growth. The job is filled with boring, redundant tasks. Infrastructure needed to do the job properly is lacking which requires multiple programs and spreadsheets to get the information needed to support a customer. My personal manager is great, but everyone above stays hidden - I’m not even sure who my manager reports to as he/she never gets on a call with us. So changes come down from above with no real explanation or understanding. And that same upper management has taken zero time to really understand what we do every day.
