Laid back atmosphere and everyone is on your team. They put a huge emphasis on culture. These guys are the best team I've ever worked with.
Cons
Pay was not very good, (I have heard this has improved since I've been there.)
When I was there it was very unclear how to advance. No roadmaps for your career path. (This may have changed.)
Tight knit company, with an amazing culture from the top down. From the functional tools and training given to their employees to the principles it stands for, it's all a cut above most other bigger companies. Well worth the short time I spent working there.
Cons
As a smaller company the base salaries and benefits might not be up to snuff with substantially bigger companies.
