Lighthouse has been a great company to work for. I came from the retail world so it was a complete 180 coming into an 8-5 job. My first day here everyone was so helpful and welcoming! My managers laid out a baseline of everything I would be learning and gave me my training/licensing schedule.

Everyone that works for Lighthouse is so kind and helpful. Management is great. Its like one big family. They also have great work life balance, very family oriented. The procedures in place make your job so much easier. So many pro's, the list could go on.
