Pros

A handful of exceptionally good developers a scared to leave project manager and maybe a under valued young designer who is using LIghtmaker as a stepping stone.

Cons

Too many to list, this is a 'has been' name dropping agency with a dishearteningly fake buddy buddy atmosphere. Those running the show in both U.K. And USA offices are clueless smoosers with a desperate need to keep their jobs but the water is getting huger around their feet on this sinking ship. They work with old employees who now run vibrant agencies and try to make it seem like it's being done by internals. They lie to clients about working with 3rd parties just to broaden their profits.

Pros

If you live in Tunbridge Wells, then it's local Casual dress Nice building

Cons

Unfortunately management are clueless, unsupportive and behave like children. They encourage 'clique-like' behaviour, don't know how to run the company, put too much pressure on staff, don't care about the client or have any awareness of customer service.

Pros

Good location and team. Very skilled and great team to work with. Flexible working environment and hours.

Cons

The owner Adrian Barrett comes across a great man and sells you the dream I think he means well and wants you to succeed with him but he’s unfortunately he is impossible to work with and is untrustworthy and delusional when it comes to business and people management let alone property management. He recently took a baseball bat to his other offices in the US and after liquidating all assist closed them down leaving the staff and sadly customers with nothing. I would warn against ever working or doing business with this company as I fear unfortunately for the staff and customers LMPM days are number too. It’s a daily occurrence having to deal with threatening emails and calls chasing for money. Something no member of staff wants to join a company having to deal with.
